What is Pravaha Energy Healing^TM?

Pravaha is the Sanskrit word for current or flow.  When we feel joyful and balanced, we are in the flow; we are living the fullness of our being. When some aspect of our being (mental, emotional, physical or spiritual) feels imbalanced or unwell our natural state of flow has become blocked. 

Pravaha Energy Healing^TM is the subtle, yet powerful removal of energetic blocks through assisted, focused intention. Working both in the energy field and through light touch,  Pravaha Energy Healing^TM will assist you in balancing your vibrational energy to restore a sense of harmony, clarity and well being.


What do you mean by Insight?

As an intuitive energy reader, I am often able to sense events or circumstances that have happened or are happening in your life. Sometimes the information comes in the form of a metaphor, an image, or a sensation. Sometimes, what I read in your energy is connected to a particular person in your life whose energy is part of your consciousness. In this case, the information may come through as a message from or about a particular loved one.

I am able to connect to this information as a neutral observer through your energetic body. The information I receive intuitively may be helpful in giving you a new perspective that may further assist with growth and healing. Many people have found that this aspect of the healing, though optional, compliments and expands the overall healing process by making unconscious or unacknowledged energetic themes more clear and allows the process of growth and healing to occur on a more conscious level.

Additionally, as a result of being in a peaceful, balanced and receptive place during the session - many people notice an increase in sensory perception as well as an overall heightened awareness of their own intuitive capacity. This magnified sense of perception and feeling of expansiveness may remain with you after the session and become a part of your general way of being.
